Docelora is designed for a simple, predictable workflow: select your documents, check the previews, arrange the files, and create one combined PDF. Multi-page PDFs contribute their full page sets, while DOCX files are converted into PDF pages before being added to the final sequence.

For the current browser-based workflow, PDF/image merging and DOCX conversion are performed on your device. The selected source files remain unchanged, and this page does not upload them to a Docelora merge server.

Supported files and limits

Common problems and fixes

A file is rejected

Check that it is PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG or DOCX and is within the current size limits. Older binary .DOC files are not supported.

The preview does not load

Try the file again in a modern browser and make sure the document itself can be opened normally. A preview failure does not create a false output.

Word formatting looks different

Complex Word-specific features may not render identically during browser conversion. Simplifying the DOCX can improve conversion results.

Combining fails

The page reports an error rather than presenting an incomplete file. Remove the problematic input, reorder the queue if needed, and retry.

Are Word tables and images supported?

Common DOCX text, headings, lists, tables, hyperlinks and embedded images can be converted, but complex Word-specific features may have rendering limits.

Does the DOCX file leave my device for combining?

The DOCX-to-PDF conversion used by this browser workflow is performed locally in the browser. The original file is not sent to a Docelora merge server by this page.

Can I put an image between two PDF files?

Can I see what is inside an uploaded PDF?

Yes. The browser renders the first page of each uploaded PDF as a visual preview. The PDF itself is not changed by this preview step.

Which file formats are supported?

What is the maximum file size?
